I do this by using my
Sober Eating Approach + Method (SEAM).
In the SEAM we are attuning to the pleasurable experience of eating while creating a neutrality around food. We don't use calories or points or macro tracking as the measure of whether we can eat a food or not. Instead, we learn to build the intrinsic trust in our own ability to self regulate our appetite. We create an internal accountability system that is based around choice and natural consequences of that choice, rather than a number or external construct we have to follow.

about my custom one-on-one coaching

All access is to me directly.

You must cancel or reschedule a session via email at least 24 hours before the start of the session, otherwise the session will be forfeited. You are responsible to complete your sessions within the coaching agreement timeline. Sessions cannot be rolled over once the agreement has ended.

We will address, unpack, and heal the root cause of your concerns in addition to creating customized skills and strategies to support long term change. I will teach you foundational nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle skills that will empower you and leave you feeling confident in your ability to sustain this new lifestyle.

I will be meeting you virtually multiple times a month where I will personally guide and provide you with customized action steps and daily follow up support. My goal is to help you feel supported every step of the way!
